If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return new items in original condition for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is
required and can be obtained quickly & easily by contacting customer service via email or phone. Items that are returned without a RMA#, that
are opened/used or returned after thirty days after delivery will not be
accepted.
We will notify you via
email once we have processed your return. Please mail your package in a
prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address found on your packing
slip. If you use a postage-paid return mailing label or a pre-paid label
from our Customer Service department, the cost of the return will be deducted
from your refund.
